TOLEDO, OHIO -- Each Sunday morning two coach buses pick up dozens of passengers at the Wal-Mart parking lot on Glendale and the Home Depot parking lot on Secor Road and takes them on a day trip to a casino in either Detroit or in Windsor, Ontario.  On Tuesday, Ohio voters will have the opportunity to authorize the building of casinos in four Ohio cities- one of them Toledo.  Kathy Kwait and her husband both support Issue 3.  "It definitely should go through and one thing that really bothers me is they keep bringing up Detroit; what people don't realize is that Detroit would have gone bankrupt  10 years ago without the casinos," Mrs. Kwait said.  JoAnn Kennedy was the first to board the bus.  She says the buses to Detroit are convenient and doesn't think  a casino in Toledo would be a lasting success. "I don't think that we should have it in Toledo, it would probably be good for about 6 months," Mrs. Kennedy said.
